Production Information
RockDogs is the creation of Martin Hill, with contributions from Greg Shaw, Steven Hill and Paul Weiss. All of the webisodes were directed and edited by guerrilla filmmaker Ben Gibbs. When asked what seperates a guerrilla filmmaker from a real filmmaker, Ben replied: “We shot six episodes in two days with no money – get off my back, and ... what happened to the vodka?”
RockDogs' fresh, unique brand of comedy is a combination of the stories that were written by Martin Hill and the brought to life with the improvisation of Dave Eastgate, Steve Philp, Damien Power and the rest of the cast of talented comedians. Steven Hill collaborated with Martin Hill to write 'The Band Meeting'.
The series was produced by Martin Hill, Steven Hill and Greg Shaw.
Darin Rose performed the makeup duties for all of the cast, bringing the characters to life.... except for Spike. There was no chance there!
